Joseph Mosley began his career with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet as the Assistant Resident Engineer in Harlan County and later served as the Resident Engineer for the Whitley County Construction Office. He oversaw the reconstruction of US 421, US 25W, KY 92 and multiple I-75 rehabilitation projects. Joseph’s extensive experience with heavy grade and drain projects and interstate rehabilitation served to strengthen his roadway design skills. Joseph also served as the Transportation Engineer Branch Manager for District Eleven Project Development in Manchester from 2008 through 2013. He received a civil engineering degree from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed professional engineer in Kentucky.
